This plan is useful because it gives the student the opportunity to know about healthy food in a creative way and it also promotes collaborative work. Besides teachers from other regions could adapt it to their context.

By the end of this lesson, students will be able to do a short oral presentation about the nutrients in their favourite typical dish supporting their choice by explaining the benefits of it.
