Learning Guide: A normal day

activities are fairly related to the topic of daily routines presented in Way to Go Student Book 6.

It starts with a vocabulary activity about routines. Then, you will read a text and select True-
False. Based on the text, you discover the grammar topic and do a practice activity. Finally,

there is a meaningful speaking task that has two options. You have to choose one. Remember
that there are useful resources you can explore to improve your learning process.

Learning Guide: Daily Routines

activities are fairly related to the topic of daily routines presented in Way to Go Student Book 6
Module 1 Pages 20-21. It starts with some vocabulary revision activities. Then, you will have to
listen to a recording and tick the information you hear. The following exercise is based on the
analysis and practice of a specific grammar point, where you will need to complete, select, and
write certain information. After that, you will have time to do some activities to practice your
pronunciation. Finally, there is a meaningful speaking task that will have you talk about a family
member’s daily routine using the language and vocabulary learned.

Learning Guide: Daily routines and indoor/outdoor activities

Author: César Augusto Cristancho Duarte – Description: This English self-study guide helps you to know how to talk about activities that are happening
at the moment. All the activities are related to the topic of skills and abilities presented in the
Way to go 6, Module 3 Unit 1 Lesson 1. It starts with some vocabulary about positive and
negative adjectives to describe personal qualities and three reading comprehension activities.
Then, two noticing and practising grammar activities. Finally, in the assessment task there is
a self-assessment activity in which the student can check what he/she has learnt so far.

Adolfo Rivera Cabrera – Description: Dear student, this English self-study guide helps you exchange information, identify general and specific
information in a text, and practice giving and receiving spoken instructions on environment caring from
home. You will find four main activities about environment care from home presented in Way to Go
student book 6, module 3, unite 1; Way to Go Workbook 6, module 3, unite 1, pag. 31.
The first one is a Vocabulary task: match words, classify vocabulary, and complete the gaps. The second
one is a Reading task: read and answer, and true and false. Third one is a Language Task: answer
based on underlined sentences, and check sentence structure and answer them. Finally, a writing task:
describe through a text about your home, make a creative collage, and record an audio related to your
home description.
At the end of this guide you can find a self-assessment chart; here you can Tick (✔) what you have
learnt.

All the activities are related to the topic of people around me presented in the Way to Go Student book 6, page 33, exercise 1, and page 34, exercise 4. It also asks you to create a video describing a superhero in which you can improve your oral skills and practice the vocabulary you have learned. You should watch the videos created by at least three of your classmates and give them feedback as well as you do your self assessment.

are related to the topic of Physical Description presented in Way to Go Student Book 6 Module 1 Unit 3 /
Lesson 32. It starts with some vocabulary revision activities. Then, you have to complete the physical
characteristics about the article from Kansas School Newspaper and its volleyball team.

Learning Guide: BODY (PARTS AND FEATURES)
